After accident happened, the car needs to be repaired. You will be responsible for the Non-Operation Charge (NOC) as a compensation for our business loss during that period.

- In case of accident, NOC insurance will be exempted the Non-Operation Charge.
| NOC Warranty Service | If an accident occurs and the car needs to be repaired. Payment of compensation for business loss is exempted. |

Exclusions and Limitations of insurances :
- Did not immediately reported the details of the accident to car rental company or have not called the police.
- Accident by drivers other than the person registered on the rental contract or the time of the accident is not in the rental contract period.
- Violation japan road traffic Law (Drunk , oversit，ignored red light，japan traffic signs etc ）and broke car rental regulations.
- Tire and accessory damages
- Scraping or vandalism , hit and run , smoke smell ,glass crack.
- Vehicle breakdown due to improper use of the vehicle. (ex: hitting the car parked next to you while getting out of your car , or filled a wrong gas , etc ).
- Vehicle breakdown due to improper use of the vehicle. (ex: hit the beside car when open the door , filled a wrong gas , etc ).
2Apply for NOC
- Online You may add NOC insurance when you make reservation on our website.
- Telephone After reservation made, you could call us and apply the NOC insurance.
- In the rental office You could also apply the NOC insurance at our office.
